1. Program Description

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in on our sign-up form, RealtyEase AI will send you one-time passcodes (OTPs) and account verification text messages to confirm your phone number and help secure your account. We do not currently send marketing or promotional text messages. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and request separate consent before doing so.

2. Consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive account verification text messages from RealtyEase AI at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still create an account and use the platform using email-based verification if you do not opt in to SMS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is triggered by your own actions — for example, one message when you sign up and one message any time you request a new verification code. We do not send recurring or scheduled messages.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RealtyEase AI is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to messages sent to your device.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to opt out of future SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you may still verify your account using email instead of SMS.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
