Non-Disclosure Agreement

1. Purpose

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is entered into between Realty Ease AI (the "Company") and you (the "Recipient") regarding the protection of Confidential Information shared during your engagement as a Virtual Assistant or Team Member.

2. Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:

• Client Lists, Contact Details, and Business Strategies
• Proprietary Software, Algorithms, and Technical Data
• Financial Records, Pricing Structures, and Marketing Plans
• Any Client-specific data accessed during service provision

3. Obligations of Recipient

You agree to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and shall:

• Use the information solely for the purpose of performing your duties.
• Not copy, publish, or disclose the information to third parties.
• Take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Immediately report any unauthorized use or disclosure to the Company.

4. Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly known through no fault of yours, was rightfully in your possession before disclosure, or is independently developed by you without use of Company information.

5. Term

This Agreement remains in effect during your engagement and continues for a period of two (2) years after termination of your relationship with the Company.

6. Return of Materials

Upon request or termination of your engagement, you must immediately return or destroy all materials containing Confidential Information, including copies and digital files.

7. Legal Remedies

You acknowledge that a breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to the Company, for which monetary damages would be insufficient. The Company is entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to other remedies.
