Who We Are
Realty Ease AI was founded by Kathy Tiburcio and Eyandra Molina, first-generation Americans with Dominican roots, raised in the vibrant communities of Hunts Point, Bronx, and Harlem, New York.
Childhood friends who met as teenagers at Washington Irving High School, they reconnected by chance in December 2024 over coffee in the Dominican Republic.
This serendipitous reunion sparked a shared vision, blending their passion for real estate and innovation, leading to the creation of Realty Ease AI—a company dedicated to transforming the industry with purpose and impact.
