Who We Are
Realty Ease AI was founded by Kathy Tiburcio, a first-generation American born to Dominican immigrant parents. Raised in Hunts Point, Bronx, amid poverty and challenges, Kathy overcame educational hurdles as a B- student, driven by her middle school principal's advice that education was the way out.
Self-funding her education to avoid debt, she earned a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Italian at The City College of New York (CUNY). At age eight, her passion for real estate sparked when Orthodox Jewish landlords explained how they bought her childhood building.
In December 2024, while journaling in a Dominican Republic coffee shop, Kathy founded Realty Ease AI to transform real estate with technology and empower communities.
